Testing Services Introduction

Research institute of China shipbuilding industry corporation DiQiErWu test and measurement technology research center, was approved by China classification society (CCS) in "ship material verification test center", the China national certification and accreditation supervision committee (CMA) and the Chinese certification on the national approval committee (CNAS) approval of "China shipbuilding ship materials technology test center", national defense metrology calibration agencies acknowledged by the defense department worker bureau. And received the national air and space and defense contracts PRI (NADCAP) certification.

Center has a laboratory 12000 square meters, have all kinds of complete, into a series of large-scale test equipment more than 800 sets, total assets of 200 million yuan. Headquartered in luoyang, in Qingdao, xiamen, sanya and other places with the Marine environment experiment stations (sea area of 3 square miles), the specialty is engaged in the test and evaluation of technical personnel more than 120 people (fellow 14 people, senior technical titles more than 30 people, intermediate technical titles more than 40 people), the corrosion and protection, fracture behavior, failure analysis and safety evaluation, and other fields have a leader. Has established the national Marine corrosion and protection key laboratory, national science and technology industrial natural environmental test station, state material environment corrosion field scientific observation station, state material to the Marine environment test platform of public service.

Center has set high, high-precision, advanced technology equipment and advanced analysis software in the integration of evaluation methods, can fully carry out material structure and the component, microstructure and macroscopic mechanical behavior damage mechanism analysis, and can be combined with the actual engineering application, carry out product quality accident analysis, product quality appraisal, key system and the key components of quality assessment and safety assessment, to guide the product technology development, improve the production technology and processes, and provide a scientific basis for design and manufacturing process improvement.
